Health Guarantee – Our Commitment to Your Kitten’s Well-Being

We want every family to enjoy a happy, healthy kitten. That’s why all kittens purchased from us come with a 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee.

Initial Veterinary Exam – Within 10 Days

You must take your new kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a complete examination within 10 days of purchase (or arrival, if shipped).
If, within those 10 days, your vet finds that your kitten is:

  • Clinically ill,

  • Has passed away from an injury or illness contracted before the date of sale,

you may choose one of the following:

  1. Full Refund – Return the kitten for a complete refund.

  2. Replacement – Return the kitten for another of equal value.

  3. Vet Fee Reimbursement – Keep the kitten and receive reimbursement for reasonable vet expenses (up to the purchase price).

Note: These options do not apply if a health issue was disclosed in writing at the time of sale and confirmed by a vet’s health certificate.

1-Year Genetic Guarantee

If, within 1 year of purchase, a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your kitten with a congenital or hereditary defect that affects their health—or confirms your kitten has passed away from such a defect—you may choose any of the same options listed above.

Conditions & Responsibilities

By purchasing a kitten from us, you agree to the following:

  • Prompt Vet Visit – Schedule your first vet exam within 10 days of arrival. This protects against health issues that may arise during shipping and helps your vet establish a baseline for your kitten’s care.

  • Care & Disease Prevention – Avoid exposing your kitten to high-risk environments (such as animal shelters, pet stores, or areas known for disease) until your vet confirms they are fully protected. Treat your kitten as you would a newborn.

  • Ongoing Health Care – Your kitten will arrive with:

    • At least their first round of vaccinations

    • Deworming treatments

    • A health certificate from a licensed veterinarian
      You must continue their vaccination and deworming schedule as advised by your vet.

  • Genetic Defects – If your kitten is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect, provide us with a signed veterinary statement (on clinic letterhead) and return the kitten. We will replace them with the next available kitten of equal value.

  • Veterinary Costs – All vet bills are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in this guarantee.

  • Transfer of Ownership – This guarantee becomes void if the kitten is sold or given to a third party.

  • Necropsy Requirement – If a kitten dies, we reserve the right to request a necropsy (autopsy) at the buyer’s expense to confirm cause of death. If the results confirm a breeder-related fault, a replacement kitten will be provided.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Communicable diseases contracted after leaving our care

  • Internal or external parasites (common in young animals)

  • Injuries or accidents after purchase

We work closely with our veterinarians to ensure every kitten is healthy before going home. Each kitten receives care under a vet-approved vaccination and deworming program. Our commitment is to give you a healthy, well-socialized companion to love for years to come.
